Londiwe Sangweni - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Londiwe is the Founder and CEO of MLS Energy Providers. With a strong background in electrical engineering and over seven years in the renewable energy industry, she began her career as a Senior Engineer at Renu Solar, where she cut her teeth on solar PV design, delivery and grid integration before taking the leap to build something of her own. That decision became MLS Energy Providers.
Since founding the company, Londiwe has led the design, development and delivery of solar PV, battery storage, power quality and grid integration projects across a range of sectors. She's passionate about driving clean energy adoption and creating long-term value for the communities MLS serves, with a vision to position the company as a leading renewable energy partner in Africa — one that delivers quality, innovation and impact in every project it undertakes.
Kenneth Masuku — Chief Operating Officer
Kenneth is the COO of MLS Energy Providers. He's a Certified Energy Management Professional (CEMP) and holds an MBA, bringing over 20 years of commercial leadership across finance, automotive, sales and energy to the business. Kenneth specialises in building first-generation energy management strategies for South African companies that don't yet have formal green frameworks in place, translating the country's 2050 net-zero targets into practical, high-ROI roadmaps for the businesses we work with.
He partners closely with independent operators and executives across retail, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), hospitality and commercial buildings to integrate clean solar energy, optimise resource use, and keep every project strictly aligned with the Department of Electricity and Energy's evolving mandates.
Together, Londiwe and Kenneth combine deep technical engineering expertise with sharp commercial and regulatory know-how — a combination that sits at the heart of how MLS Energy Providers does business.
